To report a power outage, customers must call directly.
LUS also offers electrical outage and restoration notifications through the MyAccount platform, so you can stay informed.
How to Sign Up for Notifications:
- Log in to your MyAccount
- Navigate to Notifications and select Manage Account Notifications
- Update your Notification Preferences for Electrical Power Outage/Restoration
- Choose to receive alerts by text (SMS), email, or both
This ensures you receive timely updates during outages and service restoration.
